Sumitomo Osaka Cement CO., Ltd, SOCC Optoelectronics(USA), Inc. and Oyokoden Lab Co. Ltd. jointly exhibited a series of products during OFC2003, which was held in Atlanta, GA on March 25th through the 27th. Sumitomo Osaka Cement CO., Ltd displayed a variety of small package modulators designed for MSA transponder applications. Our solutions consisted of chirped type, chirp-free type and dual electrode type modulators. Introduction of innovative modulators, such as polarization independent modulator and carrier-suppressed single side band modulator, represented our state of the art technology. Sumitomo Osaka Cement CO., Ltd also released a 1X4 optical fused coupler and PMF/SMF coupler at the exhibition.
Oyokoden Lab Co. Ltd. promoted their Polyimide filter solutions targeting access/metro applications.
