The Optoelectronics Research Group is concentrating on optical communications and optical information processing areas, and researching and developing various optical components such as LN optical modulators and optical sensors.
LN Modulator
In response to increasingly diverse needs for optical communication, we are promoting R&D activities to offer high performance LN optical modulators.
Wavelength Locker
We are researching and developing a wavelength locker to stabilize optical wavelength by applying dielectric multilayer technology.
Respiration Sensor
his respiration sensor detects the slight movement of respiration of a sleeping person and shows its waveform by acquiring a CCD camera image of infrared spot array emitted by a fiber grating (FG) illuminator.
